• Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Conduct therapy sessions using various modalities, including individual, group, and family counseling, employing specialized techniques to address diverse mental health issues.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their progress and feedback to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, safeguarding all records relating to clients’ treatment and personal information.
• Utilize our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to track patient treatment, document sessions, and streamline administrative processes.
• Refer clients to additional community resources or specialists as necessary to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary case reviews to share insights and support the continuous improvement of therapeutic approaches within the organization.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Bon Ridge Wellness, you will work with a diverse client caseload, including adults, adolescents, children, and families. Our patients often face a wide array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex family dynamics and communication barriers. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on their lives by providing empathetic support and tailored interventions.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services across a spectrum of ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and certification throughout tenure with the organization.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and community resources.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and documentation responsibilities effectively.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, crucial for establishing rapport with clients and facilitating therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with clients, especially those facing mental or emotional challenges.

• Experience with various treatment modalities and specialized interventions that can be utilized in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Familiarity with community health initiatives and resources to enhance your ability to refer clients as necessary.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services to ensure a smooth and efficient therapy experience.

The salary for this Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation packages that include:
