Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits your needs. Our operations team meticulously manages administrative tasks, enabling you to concentrate on delivering exceptional client care without the burdens of logistical concerns. Your schedule will be predictable, with group sessions held at the same times each week, allowing you to plan your professional and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and activities aimed at fostering support and healing.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client assessments and needs.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in case consultations to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Remain current with best practices and new developments in mental health care by engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults encountering issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and suicidal ideation. With a group size capped at eight clients, you will have the opportunity to form deep, meaningful connections with each individual, which is crucial for fostering trust and facilitating effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • A valid independent license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) for full-time candidates, or a provisional license for junior-licensed candidates; supervision will be provided.
  • Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or full-time availability for W2 positions, including some evenings and Saturdays.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, applicants with prior experience in telehealth settings, group therapy facilitation, or specific modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be favored. Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of current mental health trends will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, we offer a range of benefits including:

  • Access to free continuing education units (CEUs) to help you maintain your license and pursue your professional interests.
  • A remote work setup that encourages balance between personal and professional life.
  • Support from a dedicated admissions and assessment team, allowing you to focus on clinical duties.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
