This full-time position is structured for a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while having a profound impact on both our clients and students. You will join a collegial group practice that promotes collaboration and support. • Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students, supporting their path toward clinical licensure while enhancing their therapeutic skills.
• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet client needs.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working closely with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the whole person.
• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.
• Stay current with the latest research, treatment methodologies, and industry advancements to continuously improve the delivery of psychotherapy.

Our center serves a diverse population, providing psychological services to individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Clients may present with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your role will be instrumental in not only delivering therapy but also in developing customized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Current professional liability insurance to ensure compliance and protection in practice.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience delivering psychotherapy, indicating a solid foundation in clinical skills.

• Experience providing clinical supervision to interns or practicum students, showcasing your commitment to fostering professional growth in others.
• Familiarity with remote therapy technologies and platforms for effective client engagement, which will be essential in our digital environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and actively participate in practice development and improvement initiatives.
