This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client confidentiality. Our therapists operate within a cooperative framework and are supported by a dedicated administrative team that handles logistical details such as billing and client coordination. With a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will enjoy a work-life balance that promotes wellbeing.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.
• Thoroughly document session notes and treatment plans in our electronic health record system to ensure compliance with organizational and state regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans, enhancing patient care and promoting successful outcomes.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision meetings and professional development opportunities to refine therapy techniques and best practices.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to address their evolving mental health needs.

As a therapist at The Listening Guide Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in empowering clients from all walks of life to achieve their therapeutic goals. • A Master's degree in a relevant mental health field, such as social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional clinical counseling.
• A valid and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience in teletherapy provision and familiarity with virtual treatment methodologies.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and a proactive approach to continuing education.

The salary for this full-time role ranges from **USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually**, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
