At Presence Heart Rehab and Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population grappling with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills crucial for effectively engaging with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a caseload.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices will be a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
• A background in working with trauma-informed care can enhance client outcomes.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload managed. Additional benefits include:
