• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the client's needs and develop tailored treatment plans that guide individuals toward their therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions utilizing effective modalities suited to each client's circumstances, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or logistical challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment sessions and client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current on best practices in mental health treatment.

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, who are navigating mental health concerns such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Our approach is client-centered, ensuring that each therapist adapts their methods to meet individual client needs, thereby enhancing the therapeutic experience and outcomes.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation tasks.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be preferred. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous in providing virtual therapy services.

Paloma Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
