Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, employing solution-focused interventions and crafting personalized treatment plans that address individual needs.
  • Implement various therapeutic techniques including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulatory standards to ensure patient privacy and data security.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Educate and support clients and their families by offering insights into mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
