This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible working environment while remaining committed to client care. You will maintain a schedule from Monday through Friday, typically from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of our clients. Our supportive team comprises psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals who collaborate closely to provide holistic and integrated care.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, employing solution-focused interventions and crafting personalized treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulatory standards to ensure patient privacy and data security.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educate and support clients and their families by offering insights into mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in the mental health field and integrate new findings into practice to improve treatment efficacy.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, enabling personalized and effective treatment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients and their families.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex emotional and psychological issues.
