• Conduct engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance the quality of client care.

• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is preferred.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000.
