Job Summary

Independence Pet Holdings (IPH) is seeking aprojectfocused, organized, and collaborative Project Managerto support enterprise initiatives tied to business process optimization and modernization of core insurance and enterprise technology platforms.

The Project Manager willbe responsible formanaging defined projects or workstreams, coordinating activities across business, technology, and vendor teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and withappropriate qualitycontrols. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects or initiative workstreams within IPH's insurance and enterprise transformation portfolio
  • Develop andmaintainproject plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking
  • Coordinatedaytodayexecution across business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and status reviews; document actions and follow through to completion
  • Track and report project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear recommendations andtimelyescalation
  • Support agile delivery activities, including sprint coordination, planning events, and delivery tracking, as applicable
  • Assistwith vendor coordination, including deliverable tracking, invoice validation, and support of contractual obligations
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, data, and platform teams to support integrated solution delivery
  • Support change management and communication efforts by preparing project updates,delivering new workflow & process guidance, project updates,status reports, and stakeholder materials
  • Ensure project documentation isaccurate, current, and aligned with PMO standards

Qualifications

  • 3+yearsof experience in project management, IT delivery, consulting, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects involvingcrossfunctionalbusiness and technology teams
  • Workingexperience andknowledge of agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail andfollowthrough
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in afastpacedenvironment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with both technical andnontechnicalstakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to insurance or transactional systems (policy administration, billing, claims, customer servicing)
  • Agile, PMP, or CAPM certification (or progress toward certification)
