Job Role Overview: We are hiring a Remote loan processor to manage files from Loan requests, Pending Requests, and unqualified requests, and All detials from application through closing, this is a new section integrated to help the growing need for individualized academic assistance for special need students. The Remote Loan processor will be in charge of making sure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and moving on schedule, so loan officers and underwriters aren't stuck waiting on missing documents.

Your efforts will help create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere that promotes the academic and social growth of all students.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Collection and revewing of borrowers Required documents for completeness
  • Customer Verification and follow up
  • Keeping All files, loan document organized and on track towards the final closing date
  • Stop missing or inconsistent records to prevent confusion or some other delays that could hold up underwriting
  • Ensure timely follow up by communicating with internal departments and Loan officers.
  • Keep track of service history and open requests.
  • Support business processes that enhance service delivery
  • Communitcate with customers and loan officers about what is still needed.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience working with children in a classroom setting, especially those with special needs, is highly desirable.

Skills: Comfortable handling a large number of files with different deadlines, detail oriented and able to work in a remote set up independly while staying responsvie to team and dedicated to the project and must be able to work under pressure.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with customers with special need students, loan officers and other Department staffs.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Minimum one year experience in customer service, administrative support, resident services, operations support, scheduling or related field.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Commitment: A patient, organized and a detail oriented person who catches the smallerst stuffs.

    Experience working with remote/distributed teams.

    Excellent dispute resolution and problem solving skills.
    A good high speed internet connection and a dedicated work area.

    Independent, self-starting, and able to connect with a distant team.
