We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Manager to grow and lead a team of Account Executives at Verus Wholesale, a non-agency mortgage company. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring team success in achieving company goals. As a key leader, you will oversee account management, develop strategic initiatives, and contribute to the company's overall growth in the wholesale mortgage market.
Compensation:
$75,000 base salary plus commission.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Upon joining, you are expected to bring 2-3 experienced sales professionals as part of your team and actively recruit additional talent to enhance market coverage.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to achieve targets.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
Sales Strategy and Execution
