This position is set in a remote-based work environment, allowing flexibility while ensuring that you are supported by a dedicated team of professionals. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and dynamics of clients.
• Formulate, implement, and regularly assess treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client feedback.
• Coordinate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication regarding client progress.
• Engage with families and caregivers by providing educational resources and support to enhance the therapeutic process.
• Utilize assessments and therapeutic interventions to identify behavioral patterns and facilitate recovery.

The clients you will serve vary in age, background, and mental health conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Proven knowledge of therapeutic techniques and knowledge of medications and their effects on mental health.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members.

• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally in an outpatient setting.
• Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or family therapy.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, enhancing efficient management of client records.

This position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
