Who are you:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in securing residential mortgage loans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Newly licensed candidates are welcome to apply as we offer mentorship and training for the right candidate. We are also 1 of 6 Brokers to have access to the MA Housing Initiative program! * You must have an MLO license in the state of MA to be considered.


What you will be doing:

  • Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on financial status, credit history, and property evaluations.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate mortgage products that suit their needs and financial circumstances.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from pre-approval to closing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Massachusetts mortgage lending laws, regulations, and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Ensure all required documents are collected and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding loan terms, conditions, and costs.
  • Work with underwriting and closing departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of mortgage loans.
