• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments of patients, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect both holistic perspectives and evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions using a range of approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies, highlighting your flexibility to adapt based on each patient's unique situation.
• Document clinical notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses both physical and emotional needs.

In this role, you will work primarily with patients at the end of their life journey, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges associated with terminal illnesses. Your focus will be on providing compassionate care to enhance quality of life for both patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of end-of-life decisions while supporting their emotional and social needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, reflecting your academic credentials and commitment to advanced practice.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Michigan, affirming your professional qualifications.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
