Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, psychologists, and support staff who work collaboratively to improve the lives of our patients.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LPC, LMFT) – Remote Telehealth to join our clinical team. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we offer a supportive environment that values collaboration, flexibility, and professional growth.


The Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LPC, LMFT) – Remote Telehealth provides outpatient mental health counseling services to adult patients (18 years and older) through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual therapy, and, when clinically appropriate, family or group therapy. The therapist works collaboratively with psychiatric providers and other members of the clinical team to ensure coordinated, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other members of the treatment team.
  • Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when needed.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain compliance with all state licensing requirements and ethical standards.

QualificationsRequired
  • Master's degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Current Michigan License in good standing.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and treat mental health conditions within scope of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred
  • Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms.
  • Familiarity with AdvancedMD or similar electronic medical record systems.
