Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering psychotherapy to clients facing diverse mental health challenges. Your specific responsibilities will encompass:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments and devising individualized treatment plans incorporating best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records in alignment with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment strategies.
• Engaging in ongoing case consultations and enhancing care quality through peer review meetings.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment paths, and community resources.
• Staying informed of advancements in the mental health field, integrating recent research into your treatment methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse range of client populations, including youth in school settings, adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to provide invaluable support and expertise, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys while implementing evidence-based practices tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience focused on psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster relationship-building with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a school setting or with youth populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
