Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments via telehealth platforms to understand clients' unique mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are adapted for remote delivery while meeting industry standards.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks while protecting client confidentiality.
• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals through virtual meetings to deliver comprehensive care and share insights on patient progress.
• Participate in peer review meetings and case discussions via video conferencing to continuously enhance the quality of care and treatment outcomes for your patients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, various treatment options, and available community support resources through digital platforms to empower them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Master Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises, you will manage a diverse caseload consisting of individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role is critical in addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders, thus ensuring these populations receive tailored care to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LMSW license to practice in Massachusetts.
