At Briggs Industrial Solutions, we believe great training builds great teams-and great teams build lasting relationships with our customers. We're a people-first organization rooted in safety, integrity, and doing the job right. This role is about shaping how our technicians learn, grow, and succeed across Briggs.

How You'll Make a Difference

You'll lead the strategy behind training Technicians across Briggs-bringing structure, consistency, and momentum to how we develop our technicians. By building strong programs, empowering trainers, and using modern tools like our LMS, you'll help turn vision into action and ensure our workforce is ready for what's next.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Technical Trainers, setting clear direction and raising the bar for training quality.

  • Own the technical training strategy, aligning OEM requirements, operational needs, and LMS-driven delivery.

  • Build, organize, and improve training content using Docebo and blended learning approaches.

  • Experience supporting technical or service-based teams (mechanical, service, fleet, or similar environments are a plus).

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • You'll have the trust, tools, and support to build something meaningful and lasting.

  • You'll work with good people who care about safety, growth, and doing right by each other.

  • You'll play a key role in shaping the future of training at Briggs.
