This role is primarily remote, allowing you to maintain a flexible schedule while providing exceptional care and therapy. Our clinic operates every day from 7 AM to 10 PM, giving you the freedom to choose hours that work best for you. At Wellpower, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, thus creating a well-rounded experience for both you and the clients you serve.

• Deliver individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to guide treatment.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices for individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
• Engage in continual professional development by attending workshops, training, and team meetings to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling, particularly in clinical settings.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Proficient communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with a variety of clients.
• A collaborative spirit, showcasing the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance-related issues, or trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing effective therapeutic strategies to drive positive client outcomes.

• Starting annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
