We are seeking a dynamic and energetic contract Customer Care Agent to join our vibrant team! In this contract role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer support and client services across multiple channels. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages, including bilingual support when needed
  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering solutions, and guiding them through processes with clarity and patience
  • Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products and services
  • Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and maintain detailed records of interactions
