As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will have a vital role in our team, delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and creating personalized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.
• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and adjusting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and ensure quality care.
• Working collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to provide integrated care, discussing cases during scheduled consultations to foster a holistic approach to treatment.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying informed about advancements in mental health practices and integrating new knowledge into your clinical work.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
