You will operate in an outpatient setting, utilizing a state-of-the-art therapy platform that serves as your online private practice. Our platform enables you to conduct live sessions via video or text, facilitating a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

• Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with individuals using video conferencing tools to facilitate real-time communication.
• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions, personal experiences, and challenges during sessions, promoting a safe therapeutic environment.
• Assist clients in setting, developing, and achieving their unique therapeutic goals, providing actionable strategies to enhance overall well-being.
• Identify and address behaviors that hinder client progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Advise clients on effective coping mechanisms to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and documenting outcomes within our secure platform.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults seeking emotional and psychological support. All incoming clients are screened to ensure that they match the professional expertise of our counselors, allowing for tailored care and an alignment with your specialties and interests.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a full and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates should not have any disciplinary actions on their records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, with an ability to engage empathetically with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and comfort with virtual counseling platforms will be essential for success in this role.

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling environments will be an advantage. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a track record of working with diverse populations would enhance your candidacy.
