Live Freely Psychological Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring engagement and creating a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and challenges.
• Assess clients using thorough intake procedures to understand their mental health needs, and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities—including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy—to promote effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including coordination with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers as needed.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with both organizational and state regulations when it comes to patient confidentiality and privacy practices.

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will involve working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, family dynamics challenges, and trauma-related issues. Our focus is on providing culturally sensitive care that respects the individuality and unique backgrounds of all clients.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably in a community health or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and formulating treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical care practices is essential.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy tools and platforms effectively to conduct therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices that enhance relational therapy dynamics.
• Previous involvement in case management and community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness.

Live Freely Psychological Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
