Our work culture is rooted in teamwork, innovation, and open communication, allowing our clinicians to thrive in a professional setting that values their contributions and encourages their growth. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there is some flexibility to accommodate patient needs, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a wide variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in coordination with clients and their families, continuously adapting these plans based on progress and feedback.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for each client.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes in line with professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from individuals facing personal challenges to couples navigating relationship issues and families dealing with systemic stressors. We emphasize a culturally competent approach, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients. By tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of different populations, we aim to create an inclusive atmosphere conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
  • At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
  • Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust with a wide range of individuals.
  • A genuine commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical mental health care practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in teletherapy or remote service delivery, effectively using technology to connect with clients.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Family Systems Therapy.
  • Previous work with diverse populations, particularly in urban or community-based settings.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, with negotiations based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, life, and optical insurance to support your well-being.
  • A retirement plan to help secure your financial future.
  • Opportunities for continuing education and professional development to enhance your skills and career trajectory.
