• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients using video chat, effectively addressing their mental health concerns.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions and experiences to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.
• Actively advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their personal and therapeutic goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Regularly assess and modify treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback, employing a solution-focused approach to foster resilience.

The clients you will serve are pre-screened and exhibit stable, low-acuity mental health needs, allowing you to concentrate on providing tailored support rather than crisis management. This focus enhances the therapeutic relationship and allows you to employ more in-depth therapeutic techniques.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid independent license to practice (such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) issued by your state board. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Strong capacity to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for effective treatment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and supportive communication.
• Advanced computer literacy skills for effective use of teletherapy platforms and documentation practices.

Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally working with diverse populations and various mental health challenges. Familiarity with telehealth methodologies is a plus, as it enhances the effectiveness of remote services.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, correlated with your caseload and accumulated experience.
