Triaging legal requests from across the business
Creating legal agreements from templates
Reviewing redlines of draft contracts
Organizing and maintaining corporate legal records, including using technology and AI
Identifying and implementing methods for improving and streamlining existing processes
Assisting in corporate governance
Assisting in reviewing or providing legal documents as part of legal due diligence or litigation
Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of corporate policies, procedures and programs
Collaborating cross-functionally, acting as a trusted partner to internal teams while navigating complex requests with clear, effective communication.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum two years’ relevant experience
Organized and able to drive results and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
High ethical standards
Notary public preferred

Build relationships with the legal team and internal partners while gaining a comprehensive understanding of Pattern’s commercial contract templates and deal flows.
Master internal tools and workflows for managing legal documents and records to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Begin handling routine contract drafting and redlining under supervision to align with Pattern’s legal standards and partner expectations.
First 60 Days: Execution & Ownership
Take full ownership of daily contract management and legal record maintenance, consistently delivering high-quality work without needing constant oversight.
Actively collaborate with team members on ongoing litigation or due diligence projects, demonstrating initiative and a "team of doers" mindset.
Gather performance data on current legal workflows to identify potential bottlenecks or areas for efficiency improvements.
First 90 Days: Optimization & Impact
Implement data-driven solutions to streamline identified legal workflows, demonstrating your role as a "data fanatic" and "game changer."
Proactively manage complex legal tasks and partner communications, ensuring all interactions are partner-obsessed and expectations are consistently exceeded.
Align personal goals with company growth, taking the lead on process improvements and contributing strategic ideas to help shape the future of the legal team.
- You will work with the other members of the legal team and be supervised by the General Counsel. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
