Special Counsel: Business & Real Estate Litigator Remote | Boise, ID Competitive Compensation | Supplemental Practice Opportunity The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, multi-state law firm that delivers high-quality legal services in civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, this firm is seeking an experienced Business and Real Estate Litigator (Of Counsel) licensed in Idaho. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned litigator or small/solo practitioner seeking supplemental caseload support while maintaining independence.

The firm provides the infrastructure, resources, and client base to allow attorneys to focus on practicing law while benefiting from the flexibility of an Of Counsel arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation. Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.

Provide strategic legal advice and develop litigation strategies tailored to client needs. Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications: Licensed attorney in Idaho. 8-10 years of experience in civil litigation, with emphasis on business and real estate matters. Strong trial, negotiation, and client management skills.
