Familiarity with manuscript tracking systems, email management platforms, and office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is typical. Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability are crucial soft skills for handling author queries and supporting agents remotely. These abilities ensure efficient workflow, smooth client-agent interactions, and effective management of submissions in a fast-paced literary environment.
