As a therapist at Refined Reflections, you will work in a fully remote setting, allowing you to set your schedule according to your availability, whether part-time or full-time. This flexibility not only supports work-life balance but also enables you to focus fully on your patients without the distractions of commuting or in-office responsibilities. Your primary interactions will occur via video chat, utilizing technology that facilitates seamless communication and rapport with clients.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to clients, focusing on stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video conferencing.
• Emphasizing solution-focused treatment methods tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that support clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships.
• Monitoring client progress throughout their treatment journey, implementing adjustments as necessary to their therapeutic approach.
• Equipping clients with effective coping strategies to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

Your client base will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance with a broad range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and personal development. By focusing on skill-building and insight development, you will help clients enhance their quality of life and achieve their personal goals.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD). Supervisory roles are not provided, so a fully active license is essential.
• A clean disciplinary record with no limited or provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to utilize digital tools effectively for client engagement and documentation.
• A computer equipped with webcam capabilities for video sessions and a reliable internet connection.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
