Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • You must hold one of the following fully independent licenses without any disciplinary actions: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for building rapport with clients.
  • Strong computer literacy is required to efficiently navigate our electronic systems and client management platform.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
