• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring ethical and empathetic engagement with each client.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to address the unique needs of each individual.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate client preferences and specific mental health challenges.
• Facilitate in-depth discussions to help clients gain insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as needed to foster positive outcomes and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation pertaining to client sessions and treatment plans, utilizing our streamlined administrative platform.

You will work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health needs. Our client base is characterized by individuals seeking to enhance their well-being and develop effective coping strategies for everyday challenges. By focusing on providing individualized care, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their personal goals and improving their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following fully independent licenses without any disciplinary actions: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for building rapport with clients.
• Strong computer literacy is required to efficiently navigate our electronic systems and client management platform.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the varying mental health challenges faced by adults.
• Demonstrated ability to employ various therapeutic modalities and adjust approaches based on client feedback and progress.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
