• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat, utilizing active listening and therapeutic techniques to assist clients in exploring their emotions and experiences.
• Assess and identify various emotional and mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, stress, and grief, ensuring all clients are appropriately screened for suitability.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based approaches, adjusting interventions as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
• Monitor client outcomes, providing encouragement and guidance to help them develop effective coping mechanisms and strategies.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies while keeping client confidentiality and privacy in mind.

You will primarily work with emotionally struggling adults who are seeking support for low acuity issues. Our clients are carefully selected, ensuring that you engage with stable individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health and personal well-being. Your expertise will guide clients in achieving greater self-awareness and insight into their relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven experience in mental health therapy; provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate our counseling platform efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Attractive annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000 for full-time therapists, with part-time positions starting at approximately USD 65,000 annually.
