YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Systems Engineer will work with a team of developers, QA, DevOps and system engineers to provide SDLC support for the GATEKEEPER product. The Systems Engineer will assist the building and managing GATEKEEPER product installations for DoD customers. 





Requirements

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph


Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with

-System testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness

-Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards


Soft Skills: excellent oral and written communication skills-Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts

Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements

Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet   deadlines

Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.


Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platforms

-AWS Foundational Level Certification 

-RDS and relational database experience in the cloud


Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines


Desired Skills: 

RDBMS experience (tuning, migration, optimization)

Docker expertise, familiarity with Kubernetes a bonus

Terraform, CloudFormation (CDK)
