    • Maintain the loan policy, fee, and rate tables that drive document generation, ensuring configurations reflect approved bank products and current regulatory requirements.
    • Partner with Loan Operations, Loan Closing, and Compliance to research document-related questions, validate document output, and correct configuration defects.
    • Act as the liaison between the bank and the vendor when support cases or enhancement requests are required regarding LaserPro functionality.
  • Identifi Imaging Administration:
    • Serve as the primary administrator for the Identifi imaging platform, including document type and index field maintenance, workflow queues, user provisioning, security groups, and access controls.
    • Maintain the loan document imaging structure, including document code assignments, folder and cabinet configuration, and the mapping between imaging codes and the loan document imaging guide.
    • Administer retention, archival, and purge settings in coordination with Compliance, Records Management, and Legal.
    • Support audit, examination, and loan review requests by retrieving imaged documentation and validating completeness of the imaged loan file.
    • Maintain imaging system documentation, including document code inventories, indexing standards, and gap analyses between imaging configuration and documented procedures.
  • System Maintenance & Upgrades:
    • Serve as system owner for LaserPro and Identifi within the Lending Systems department.

    • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimizations to streamline document preparation and imaging workflows.
    • Maintain system documentation and keep track of any changes made to configurations and workflows.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Support business units, operations departments, and Business Intelligence in validating system reports and custom reports for data integrity and accuracy.
  • Project Management & Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead or support project teams for new product implementations, process improvements, or system enhancements related to LaserPro and Identifi.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and recommend improvements based on user feedback, support ticket trends, and system performance data.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable system configurations.
    • Participate in, support, or lead document and imaging conversions as a result of mergers or acquisitions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure that the LaserPro and Identifi systems comply with relevant banking regulations, data privacy laws, record retention requirements, and internal security policies.
    • Perform periodic user access reviews and maintain evidence of entitlement certifications for both platforms.
    • Participate in audits and reviews of system usage, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Cross Operational and Technical Partnerships:
    • Support other operational and technical departments that rely on loan documentation and imaging systems, and perform other duties as assigned.
    • Assist other Lending Systems teammates as needed with LaserPro or Identifi projects, or projects related to other platforms supported by the Lending Systems department.
    • Maintain cross-training coverage with other Lending Systems administrators to avoid single points of failure on critical platforms.
