  • Application & API Development: Design and develop web applications and REST/SOAP APIs to optimize business processes supported by data and intelligence. Maintain a quality-driven approach to ensure high application uptime and effectiveness.

Shipper Fraud Remediation: Design, build, and maintain customer-facing digital products and applications specifically aimed at shipper fraud remediation, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.

  • Data Pipeline Engineering: Develop and sustain robust, low-latency ETL pipelines from a wide variety of data sources in both streaming and batch modes to drive automated fraud detection.

AI-Driven Automation: Leverage Artificial Intelligence and modern automation tools to eliminate manual/repetitive security processes, streamline development workflows, and enhance the efficiency of fraud detection and response mechanisms.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across functional teams (Product, Operations, Data Science). Lead change with high energy and a strong focus on the mission to close operational loopholes exploited by fraudsters.

  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, promoting best practices in software development, data engineering, and security.

Qualifications
