This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our dedicated team. By leveraging technology, including a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and a cloud-based electronic health records system, you will have all the tools necessary to manage your practice effectively and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients identify challenges and develop actionable solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual needs of each client.
• Manage the documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes using our cloud-based EHR system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate telehealth sessions and maintain consistent communication with clients to enhance engagement and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to address the varied needs of clients, including coordinating care with other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in the mental health field.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of practice, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Sparks Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing care to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your role will be to create a safe space for them to express themselves and foster healing through therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering mental health services or working in a clinical setting.
• Proficient in using technology, including a reliable laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, and web camera for telehealth services.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while effectively managing your schedule and client caseload.
• Successful completion of a background check.

• Experience in a community mental health setting is preferred, as it provides valuable insight into the unique needs of our clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency in therapeutic practice.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
