Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
• Support onboarding and follow-up processes
• Coordinate virtual meetings through Zoom
• Maintain organization of client communications and information
• Participate in team trainings and development sessions
• Help create a positive and professional client experience
• Work alongside leadership and mentors in a collaborative environment
