• Provide individualized counseling services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients presented with various mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment programs to address and manage symptoms of mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses, tailoring approaches to meet clients' specific needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client documentation in the EHR system to reflect treatment progress while adhering to all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches and continuity of care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to keep abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health counseling.
• Offer guidance and support in therapeutic settings, promoting client engagement and empowerment during the healing process.
• Flexibly manage a schedule that may include weekends or evenings to accommodate client needs while allowing for self-determined hours.

The clients that you will serve encompass a diverse range of age groups, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in your state.
• A minimum of three years of relevant mental health counseling experience.

• The ability to work independently with high levels of motivation and discipline.
