You will work closely with a diverse group of clinical professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health services all while adhering to a strict ethical and regulatory framework.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and establish individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to individual and group therapy settings.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic methodologies designed to empower clients in their recovery journeys.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and integrative care, while actively participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.
• Offer educational resources and emotional support to clients' families, encouraging active involvement in their loved ones' treatment process to bolster recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and other ethical guidelines.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds who face an array of mental health challenges. You will help clients manage conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders, providing culturally sensitive care tailored to their specific needs.

• A valid and current license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical skills with demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, making use of therapeutic techniques to foster healing and personal growth.
• Understanding of and adherence to evidence-based practices suitable for a range of mental health disorders.
• Ability to cultivate rapport, trust, and motivation among clients as part of the therapeutic relationship.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices to engage clients effectively in a virtual setting.
• Experience with diverse populations or specialized training in cultural competency across mental health diagnoses.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and skills to manage high-risk client situations effectively.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
