DESIGNER
You’re a problem solver, maker and storyteller who uses strategic thinking to develop engaging ideas for clients. As a designer, you’ll bring those ideas to life through strong creative execution across a variety of mediums. With a sharp eye for detail, you understand how each piece of work comes together to create a consistent and unified brand.
What you’ll do:
  • Execute thoughtful design that aligns with strategy and creative briefs
  • Create work across print, interactive and social media
  • Develop concepts and collaborate with copywriters, art directors and other team members
  • Present work internally and interact with clients
  • Take constructive feedback and use it to strengthen the work
  • Create content across formats, including images, video and animated GIFs
  • Identify design challenges and develop creative solutions
  • Manager your work effectively and deliver projects on time
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science and two to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong understanding of color, typography, illustration and design principles
  • Experience across print, interactive and social media
  • Strong collaboration, communication and organizational skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
Location: Milwaukee or Chicago
Travel: This position does not require regular travel.
Salary Range: $60,000-75,000 annually
The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
