Job description

Red Line Painting is the leading expert in Chicago for continual property maintenance provided by elite coating specialists. We take pride in the proper preparation and applying top of line products to ensure the lasting beauty of our projects and maximum protection for metal-work in the city of Chicago. Red Line Painting is your stop for quality painting.


We are looking to add another valued member to our team to serve our customers and employees as an Office Administrator.  


This position will be remote and top candidates should meet the following requirements:


  • Proficient in Quickbooks
  • Proficient in Google Suite - Google Sheets / Google Docs 
  • Ability to navigate software based platforms/apps with training
  • Organized and disciplined and able to work independently
  • A “constant communicator”
  • Ability to converse with customers, tradespeople and employees via email through strong “writing skills” 
  • Ability to learn and become involved in minor marketing aspects of the business such as website updates and uploading project photos


Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing
  • Job costing
  • Receiving leads and scheduling estimates for sales team
  • Proactively communicating with customers on project start date(s)
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Payroll data input
  • Prompt email response to customers, employees, vendors and ownership
  • Scheduling updates to field staff and customers
  • Proposal follow-up on outstanding bids
  • Light Human Resources activities


Compensation + perks and benefits: $22.50 - $27.00/hour
