• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs to establish baseline conditions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with state guidelines and ethical standards.

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. Your role will focus on addressing issues related to trauma, anxiety, and depression, employing solution-focused therapies designed to accommodate a diverse client base, including students from various backgrounds and with distinct mental health needs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and their families effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, especially in high-stress environments.
• Experience in collaborative team environments, actively contributing to a shared mission.
