• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate clients and their families about available mental health resources and coping strategies.

• Document all interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health records system.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a commitment to ethical practice.
• Empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Previous experience working with geriatric populations is a strong plus.
