Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to establish personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals.
  • Facilitate a variety of therapeutic sessions including individual counseling, family therapy, and couples therapy, ensuring a supportive space for each participant.
  • Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness strategies to assist clients in overcoming challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate client records, adhering to ethical standards of confidentiality and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
