• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to understand their mental health history, challenges, and strengths, informing tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions across a variety of modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapies, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Guide clients in setting realistic personal goals and tracking their progress through structured feedback and assessments.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health care by participating in ongoing professional development opportunities and training sessions.

Your work will primarily involve clients from diverse backgrounds seeking support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. The ideal candidate will embrace cultural competency and adaptability to effectively meet the unique needs of each individual.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, committed to providing high-quality care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with diverse populations.
• Specific expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices that promote effective client outcomes.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
