• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral health, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, diagnosis, and therapeutic objectives, in collaboration with the clients themselves.
• Deliver effective therapeutic counseling through various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting strategies to meet each client's needs.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to facilitate remote sessions with clients, ensuring all technology used maintains HIPAA compliance.
• Build and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness, which is critical for effective treatment.
• Guide clients in recognizing and transforming maladaptive behaviors and thought patterns, contributing to their overall mental health improvement.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated care and holistic support for clients.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training, staying informed on the latest therapeutic modalities and improving your clinical skills.

This position will allow you to work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong foundational knowledge of various therapeutic frameworks and practices.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
