Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized counseling services to clients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges related to anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and develop intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with clients' families and support systems to ensure comprehensive treatment and effective discharge planning.
  • Communicate regularly with interdisciplinary team members and physicians, providing updates on client progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or actual issues arising during treatment.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping by maintaining timely and accurate clinical notes that comply with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience.
