This role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our organization utilizes advanced telehealth platforms and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to facilitate seamless communication and documentation. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to providing evidence-based counseling services.

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized counseling services to clients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges related to anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
• Engage in crisis intervention and develop intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with clients' families and support systems to ensure comprehensive treatment and effective discharge planning.
• Communicate regularly with interdisciplinary team members and physicians, providing updates on client progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or actual issues arising during treatment.
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping by maintaining timely and accurate clinical notes that comply with organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate actively in treatment team discussions and contribute to the development and modification of treatment plans based on ongoing psychosocial evaluations.

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents who are grappling with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Your expertise will be critical in guiding clients toward sustainable coping strategies and enhancing their emotional resilience.

• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience.
• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of mental health frameworks.
• Competence in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and general computer applications, including MS Office Suite, to support documentation and communication.

Experience in a community health setting or healthcare practice that emphasizes holistic, culturally sensitive approaches to client care is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates with training in mindfulness practices and solution-focused therapies will be viewed favorably.
