Responsibilities
β’ Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
β’ Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing
β’ Assess client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions
β’ Follow up professionally with prospective and existing clients
β’ Participate in virtual trainings and team meetings
β’ Maintain accurate records using provided systems and tools
Qualifications
β’ Self-motivated with strong communication skills
β’ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
β’ Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process
β’ Professional, reliable, and coachable
β’ Prior sales or insurance experience is helpful but not required
β’ Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license (guidance provided)
