Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Montana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote behavioral health team. This role centers on helping clients manage real-life challenges that affect relationships, home life, emotional health, and personal stability. You will meet with clients virtually, guide them through treatment goals, document care, and support healthier communication patterns and long-term progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment goals
  • Support clients with relationship concerns, behavioral patterns, and family stressors
  • Create and update treatment plans based on client progress
  • Keep clear, accurate, and timely session notes
  • Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting
