This position is remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration with a team of professionals dedicated to early childhood intervention. As a member of our community health clinic, you will work alongside specialists who are equally passionate about making a difference in children's lives and supporting their families. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children with disabilities or developmental delays.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to ensure personalized support is tailored to each child's needs.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team to measure the effectiveness of interventions and update strategies accordingly.
• Provide vital support and guidance to families, empowering them to enhance their child’s development through education and resource sharing.
• Administer evidence-based practices, tailoring approaches to fit the unique needs of each child and family.
• Utilize a coaching model integrated with natural environment teaching to facilitate skill acquisition within familial and everyday contexts.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations applying to social work practices within community health services.

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. By engaging with families, you will help them navigate the early intervention system, enhancing their children's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during a pivotal time for development. Understanding family dynamics and cultural contexts will be crucial in delivering effective support.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license for potential community outreach purposes.
• Strong ability to adapt strategies in accordance with varying learning styles and individualized treatment plans.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices in early intervention.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Respectful and collaborative attitude towards team members and families.

• A minimum of one year experience working with young children in early intervention settings is strongly preferred.
