• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and appropriate interventions.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with family priorities and developmental goals.
• Monitor and document outcomes regularly, providing insights and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Facilitate coaching sessions with families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to support their child’s development effectively in natural learning environments.
• Deliver supportive interventions and resources tailored to each family’s unique situation and cultural background.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance while promoting the health and safety of clients and staff.
• Foster trusting relationships with children, families, and team members, creating an inclusive atmosphere that promotes healthy learning.

The primary focus of this role is on children from birth to three years who are experiencing delays or disabilities. You will help facilitate their growth in key areas, including physical, cognitive, and social/emotional skills. By collaborating closely with families and other professionals, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality early intervention services aimed at enriching children's developmental trajectories.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required for this position.
• Active Licensure as an LCSW issued by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
• Proficiency in adapting approaches to suit various learning styles and developmental needs of clients.
• Demonstrated commitment and previous experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Experience using evidence-based practices in developmental interventions.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve diverse populations.
• Background in Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly valued.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
